Our St Cleer Neighbourhood Development Plan was submitted to Cornwall Council in January and after all their checks and a final (S16) consultation it went to the Examination stage. The examiner asked for some minor tweaks to the wording of our Plan. With the amendments made the report was issued and Cornwall Council have decided that the Plan should be published.
The final step – a referendum, to be decided by a simple majority of those who vote, will be held as soon as elections are again permitted in England.
